Maureen Pappas, B.Sc., B.Ed, M.SC S-LP
Maureen Pappas is a speech-language pathologist who provides private assessment and speech therapy services to children of all ages and adults in Saint John, New Brunswick and surrounding communities.
Maureen is a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Canada and has been practising for over 20 years. She obtained a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Dalhousie University in 1992. Before that, Maureen received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology also from Dalhousie University.
Maureen has worked in both hospital and school based settings in Saint John, New Brunswick and Rockport, Massachusetts. She has extensive experience providing speech-language assessments and therapy to preschool and school aged children with a variety of communication concerns. Throughout her practice in speech-language pathology she also developed a specialty in the area of voice disorders, treating singers, broadcasters, teachers and other professional voice users.
